First of all Thank You very much! Shout out to Philips, Megan,Dave & Jake! They are all very professional, understanding. I came to them in a time of great need as we had lost our power due to a storm and significant damage to repair. Philips wasted no time getting us electric back. In fact he worked faster than the electric company and showed more concern with the situation as it had been several days without electric before I could get answers from the electric company. Once the Okot team came out and assessed the situation I was back in power in less than half the time of waiting on answers from others. The workmanship was great ! I would highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs!

I called Okot because I’d had multiple lights burn out and stop working. I wasn’t sure if it was a safety issue and didn’t want to take any risks. Jake Guntrum came out and fixed some immediate issues and ran quotes for the remainder of work. He was quick and professional and explained everything during the visit. I scheduled another appointment for additional surge protection and would definitely recommend Okot if you’re having an electrical issue.

Okot had installed wiring and controller for heated sidewalks in August 2024. The controller unit failed this week, they came out promptly and worked with the manufacturer to have a no cost replacement taken care of. While they were here, I also had them install a surge protector for the 200 amp panel. Jake Golacinski was the technician - very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely continue to use Okot Electric.

Needed a service replacement, fuse panel consolidation/upgrade to breakers. Worked with Debbie and Cory to get the estimate and logistics figured out. Okot's estimate was right in the middle of three other electricians. Jake G, Jake G, and David S performed the installation in the brutal weather we've been having here. I had no issues with the guys or any of the work that they did. Everything appears to have been done professionally, looks relatively clean given the space, and they did everything I asked. The Okot team completed what was supposed to be a 1.5-2 day job down to 6-7 hours and I'm happy with the end product.
