Absolutely excellent service. I contacted Mick via the company web site yesterday. He was extremely prompt in responding. I took my roller blind to him for repair today and he'd fixed the issue within 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee.

We instructed Odyssey Blinds to carry out service/repairs to 17no venetian blinds and supply one new blind to match existing to an office in central Southend, it turned out a great job and our client was really happy with the results, astonishingly Mike gave back a 20% saving from the original quotation as the job went better than he expected, highly recommended.
