Though their work is decent at best, customer service and client communication is extremely poor.
Team Centure, Mohammed Aasif and his partner, did an amazing job! They were very professional, quick, and efficient with their work. Mohammed was extremely respectful, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and smooth. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. Excellent work!
Faijan and prem were very good, professional and polite. They did an excellent job

Octopus either owns or works with a company called Kloud. I warn everyone not to work with Kloud, the product for house purification system doesnt come with a water softener. Literally all it does it remove chlorine from your water and its incredibly expensive for that even though its advertised as "7-Stage Advanced Filtration: Includes a 5-micron felt filter, PP sediment filter, GAC + KDF filter and CTO filter.
Sunlight Protection: Shield design protects the filter from direct sunlight.
High Filtration Efficiency: 5–10 µm micron rating removes 90–99% of chlorine, chloramine, VOCs, hydrogen sulfide, and heavy metals (lead, mercury, copper).
High Flow & Long Service Life: Maintains strong water flow and lasts up to 6 months, depending on water quality."
after installing the whole house purification system, the water in the house was still brown everytime we opened the tap. The staff blamed it on the pipes. we just installed a water softener with another company and low and behold the water is no longer brown.
I think Kloud is a scam or a branding stunt, I may be wrong, but I definitely am suspicious and others should be too

Hi Maya,
We are glad to hear your water is now running clear, but we would like to clarify a few details for anyone reading.
You purchased your whole-house filtration system directly from KLOUD, and Octopus was hired strictly to perform the installation, which was completed correctly and to standard.
To clarify the technical distinction: a whole-house filter is designed to remove chlorine, organic chemicals, and physical sediment. A water softener addresses dissolved minerals and water hardness—a separate issue requiring different equipment. Because KLOUD specializes in filtration, their unit performs as designed for sediment and chlorine removal, but it does not soften water.
Your filtration system and new water softener are now working side-by-side to give your home complete water treatment. If you ever need assistance with future maintenance or servicing, please feel free to reach out.
