O’Connor Carroll Bathrooms done two jobs for us. Damian, Mark & Eva were brilliant. Gave great advise when arranging the work and picking the items for the bathroom and downstairs toilet. The workers who came to the house were efficient, clean, tidy, friendly, and always on time and work done was to an extremely high standard. They asked our opinion at every stage of the job and went out of their way to facilitate our needs. We give O’Connor Carroll and the team our highest recommendation. Fantastic experience from start to finish regarding Installation of a stair lift for my mother. The staff are very friendly and made the whole process so easy. If applying for grant honestly once you get the go ahead don't choose anyone else as they are very knowledgeable with the procedure.

Very pleased with the service we received when we urgently required a Stairlift. I was given a demo in the showroom and advice on the most appropriate model. The stairlift itself was installed very quickly and efficiently and all the paperwork followed straight after. I would have no hesitation in recommending O Connor Carroll.

I was deliighted with O'Connor Carroll Bathrooms. They were very professional and efficient. I got a stairlift in for my Mother which she loves. It's very neat and quite. I could not recommend this company highly enough. From the very beginning Mark and his team were always available for any query no matter how big or small. The service they provided was absolutely fantastic. We where having this work done for my elderly aunt who isn't very mobile, Mark brought out a selection of his most popular tiles for my aunt to choose from which kept her involded in the decision making , which she was very happy about. The lads who did the work where so respectful of her property and took care of her home. Very smooth process from start to finish. I wish Mark and all the team the very best in the future. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending O’Connor Carroll to anyone in need of having a stairlift installed. From start to finish, whether dealing with Mark and Damien, or the engineer that came to make a CAD drawing of the staircase, to the excellent installation guys, the level of service and quality of the work carried out, is second to none. This was a curved staircase, so not a straightforward installation, but it fit like a glove once installed. This was quite an urgent installation as if was preventing/delaying our mother’s a discharge from rehabilitation following a stroke. Mark understood the importance and necessity for the stairlift and prioritised the job. From ordering to installation, O’Connor Carroll were able to deliver ahead of any other company we had contacted. I would urge anyone considering getting a stairlift installed to put O’Connor Carroll on the top of your list. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks to Mark and all the team. William
