We met with Michelle at the property on a Monday. After receiving some great advise on the best way to present the home we signed up. The following day the stylists turned up and styled the house beautifully. The following Saturday we had our first open and had a few interested buyers. The following Wednesday night after some negotiations we sold the house. This is the second time we have used Michelle to sell a home for us and on both occasions she and her team have been wonderful to deal with. The level of communication and how quickly things are actioned is great. We highly recommend Michelle, she exceeds expectations and her knowledge of the market is exceptional.

We knew Anthony and his team at O'Brien Real Estate Blackburn as they were part of our community and from a previous good property selling experience. He was always responsive to queries, which were often outside business hours. The team of family members and other staff seems to perform well together. Pleasantly surprised he used a technique to secure a new interested buyer same day, after the property didn't sell at auction. Negotiating well into the night produced a sale commitment needed.
