For us, as out-of-state owners, finding a manager we could trust to look after our property was absolutely crucial. Jae has maintained an exceptional level of communication, market knowledge, transparency, and attention to detail from the very start. From getting tenants in from the first open, to engaging relevant tradespeople to maintain the property and managing utilities, we have complete peace of mind knowing our investment is in her capable hands.
Worst experience ever. The house was left full of rubbish (3 cubic meters bin) and heaps of damages (7k to get them fixed) the seller (director) was helpful until the settlement day. No help or support after that.
Quite disappointed situation and the all the effort and illusion was banished by this experience

Iâve had the worst experience with property manager Bec. Health issues being ignored. the entire rental smells of illegal substance, basic privacy concerns are being ignored â there isnât even a proper privacy curtains, so people can see directly inside at night. Iâve also asked constantly about fixing the broken outdoor lighting in the dark back car park, which makes me feel unsafe, and was basically told to âdeal with itâ or move out.
Issues that should have been fixed have been left.
They are more than happy to take my money but wonât take responsibility for addressing maintenance issues, providing a safe, healthy, and living environment. I have felt completely disrespected throughout the whole process. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
Very professional and easy to talk too, getting a price that I was very happy with , not forgetting very friendly to deal with âșïž
