We have depended Oasis for over 30 years and have never been disappointed in their service. They are a top-notch company with highly skilled technicians and caring staff. Last Friday afternoon our water heater broke. Our replacement was not in stock so they ordered one. On the following Monday they drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the correct replacement and installed it that day. By early afternoon they were done and we had hot water again. When it was time to replace our old HVAC the owner spent about an hour with us reviewing the various systems and explaining why the one he recommended was the best

I wanted to compliment Danielle and Harlan, the technicians who did our a/c system inspection and performed preventative maintenance on our unit this morning. They worked as a team and demonstrated professionalism while being personable and informative in the performance of their job. They were thorough, even replacing contact leads that had corroded as well as a capacitor that was testing outside of normal range. They left documentation of what they did for those who come after them. We feel confident in the performance of our a/c unit going forward .

We had evidence of a gas leak near the gas meter in our garage. We called Washington Gas to investigate, but they found nothing. Then we called Oasis to check. Danielle of Oasis was much more thorough in her investigation, and she was able to find the leak in a joint between two pipes. Harlan and Danielle then resolved the problem by putting pipe "caulk" on the threads of the smaller pipe. Obviously, they did a much better job than Washington Gas !

We had an initial miscommunication about pricing, but the company resolved it quickly and professionally. Their customer service was responsive and the owner made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. The tech who came to do the work was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem on the first visit. It's clear they value quality and customer care. I still standby my original review of Brandon the technician being awesome. But where I ended up going elsewhere was being told that there would be an inspection free of charge, only to be billed +$300 to be told that I need a new system or costly repairs (only the visit fee was waived). They also tried to quote me for a leak test, which was incorrect and later removed. This is on top of a repair that was +$2000 a few months ago and +$500 the month prior, accounting to ~$3000 in repairs with a still leaking unit. Buyer beware of the costly hourly rate and the R22 freon cost (I know it's legacy and costly, but it's still way above the market). Stayed due to loyalty, but leaving due to an empty wallet.

Oasis Heating, A/C provided emergency service on my flower cooler last week. I am an event florist and was expecting a large flower delivery for a weekend wedding. Without a cooler, I was in big trouble. I was impressed with the help provided by Betsey, of the office staff, who listened to my problem (and panic) and promptly provided a same-day solution. Greg and Brandon, the 2 technicians who worked on my cooler were professional, efficient and able to fix the problem the same day. I have not been so fortunate with other service companies. I highly recommend the services of Oasis.

I'm highly disappointed with Oasis Heating and AC, particularly with team members Joe and Greg, and Lennox. They incorrectly wired my Lennox system's thermostat during installation, leading to the auxiliary system malfunctioning and causing the heat pump to overdrive. Now, just two years in, I'm faced with a costly compressor replacement. For those considering HVAC options, I strongly recommend looking at Carrier to avoid such costly mistakes. Spare yourself the headache and steer clear of Oasis and Lennox.
