The office staff is among the worst I have ever experienced. They do not call back when they say they will. They said they would call in the morning, they didn't. I would call in the afternoon for info about treatment. They would not have the info, and swore they would call me the next morning assuring me they would get the info. Then on friday I called them out on it, and again they swore they would call me on Monday. I called them out on that too, and told them they wouldn't and would make up some bull about being unable to follow through. Suprise they didn't call on monday. These people are the worst. Take your business somewhere else if you value decency, integrity, and a simple good business practice of calling back when you say you will.
They have no accountability for garbage behavior, but you shouldn't expect accountability from a garbage dentist 0ffice.
I'm homeless. I pick cans and bottles to make money. I needed to have 4 teeth removed. The bill was going to be $ 1000.
I had the initial $ 200 for the initial visit. When I explained how I put money in my pocket they took the $ 200 and wrote off the rest.
I didn't expect that. They took care of me.
If and when I need work done again I'll call Okmont again.
I went to Oakmont family dental and saw Dr. Ian Salisbury. I have found my new dental office and new dentist. He is quick and works sufficiently and I’m one of those people that get worried about being at the dentist and the two times that I have had visits. I leave very comfortable and satisfied the staff in the dentist Are wonderful Dr. Ian Salisbury and his assistant Annette make me feel very comfortable and not anxious at the dentist, I have found my new dentist, a new dental office.
I cannot say enough great things about Oakmont Family Dental! I broke a front tooth over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning. The scheduler was incredibly helpful and got me in that same day. The entire team was professional, kind, and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
Let’s be honest—nobody loves going to the dentist—but they truly put your mind at ease. They listened to my concerns, understood the urgency, and coordinated with their team to have my tooth repaired in less than 24 hours. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time.

I started coming to Oakmont in August 2025 after suffering a broken tooth in May 2025.
As someone with intense white-coat fever and difficult teeth, naturally, I've avoided dental visits like the plague, but when it came to take things seriously and get over it, I chose Oakmont due to the great reviews.
I can attest that they clearly pride themselves on patient comfort and have far exceeded my expectations when it comes to dental care.
I've had great success getting appointments in a reasonable timeframe, and the staff is so friendly and professional.
Their "care menu" makes you feel like you're at a spa (I usually get a stress ball and a lip balm). The staff is all very communicative, which is extremely helpful for a patient like me.
It's clear that they take great pride in both their commitment to providing a comfortable atmosphere, but in finding really great employees who take that to heart and go above and beyond to make things seamless, and as enjoyable as a dentist visit can possibly be.
I give them my highest of recommendation, and would encourage anyone to seek them out if you need anything dental done.
One isn't aware how bad one feels until it's better. Wow! I am a 65 year old man that through the years, I have learned that oral care and health are not necessarily the same. I thank Dr. Debrine and his wonderful family of staff for listening and understanding. They prepared a care plan that was very precise and compassionate to best suit me personally. Bravo Oakmont Family Dental! I look forward to starting this adventure in restoring my oral care in order to continue and maintain my oral health. We got a ways to go to get there but I genuinely feel that I am in the best of hands to meet that goal!
