Sebastian has been great in the past last year doing work for us everything seemed to work well after he did his work. This year he promised to put up a Pergola on our patio that unfortunately the cement had cracked and we caught it at the same time that right before he came then we got yelled at for not letting him know it was cracked over the winter and we didn't know it because of all the rain we had and he refused to put our hardtop gazebo on the deck which was already ready for him to put it up? He left with his son and said he'd be back and he blew us off and he canceled his contract he voided everything he actually blocked my wife's phone number out of his phone! That one I take personally that's my wife. She did nothing wrong.... so if you think you're getting a good handyman for the job he might just show up and say "I'm not going to do it" "I'm going to cancel this contract" & we're seniors and handicapped on top I have Parkinson's disease and that is what he did to me and my wife. She's still upset crying so I would not go with him to get anything done he has changed his ways and communication is very bad. No good communication and he's not a man of his word he doesn't say what he's going to do then he tried to quote an extra $100 my wife remembered 1100 he tried to quote us for 1200 and right there in the contract it was 1100. Beware people and just know that because he has a contract with you that doesn't mean "he's going to show up and do the job" he blew us off put my wife in tears all day & today. I would go with another company like we're doing right now!
