The communication and shipping cost were a great start. But when a tiny piece of hardware broke during installation, Gary went out of his way, above and beyond, to make sure we were happy and got a replacement piece overnighted to us. It was customer service at its finest. We're very, very pleased.

Easy site to order from and a quick delivery. Very impressed with the way purchases were packaged like those little Russian dolls one inside the other. Lightweight product complete with rain covers which were free of charge.Gary followed thru with delivery updates and kindly also included handy tips for caring for the outdoor furniture. Very good quality flatpack furniture. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Owner / operator was very friendly and helpful to deal with. (The ONLY thing I’d say is that the boxes were incredibly heavy and getting them up two flights of stairs almost killed me. Make sure you have help at hand if you’re moving them up stairs.)

Nevada Commercial King Single Bunk Bed Excellent trade. Fantastic communication and quick delivery from Tauranga. Even the delivery guys were awesome (Conroy New Plymouth). I purchased the Nevada King Single bunk beds. Straight forward to assemble and as promised, no squeaks due to the wood and metal construction. It is a sturdy and strong bunk which can also be used as 2 King Single beds. My daughter loves it. Thanks so much! 😊 I would definitely recommend for kids, teens and adults. A great company to trade with!

We're sorry to hear that the delivery experience didn’t meet expectations. With some freight companies especially furniture transport they do not provide tracking features like a courier would do, as they operate totally differently, once the goods leave us they go back to the local depot & the goods are placed in area bays, then once they have enough freight for that region the next truck is loaded & sent to the closest depot in that region, from there they will arrange the local delivery, so it’s very difficult for us to give an exact delivery timeframe as it all depends on freight volume for that area, so all we can do is a best guess, sometimes goods arrive well in advance of the timeframe we give & others can be a few days longer .

Once again very sorry for the delay but we’re glad the furniture arrived safely in the end. Thanks again for your support!
