Bought this early in the week and organised a time with Gary to pick up the loft bed - traffic was really bad but had absolutely stellar service and he waited until we arrived and helped load all the cartons onto the trailer! Super helpful, really friendly, honestly top notch service. Just finished assembling the loft bed and it's great as well 😁 really sturdy, has plenty of storage as well as space underneath you can tuck away containers etc, great value for money - would definitely recommend if you're looking to get furniture that's a good quality for a good competitive price ☺️

The communication and shipping cost were a great start. But when a tiny piece of hardware broke during installation, Gary went out of his way, above and beyond, to make sure we were happy and got a replacement piece overnighted to us. It was customer service at its finest. We're very, very pleased.

Thank you Derrick for the great review! Fantastic to hear you are happy with our communication & shipping, like a lot of kitset products, sometimes things can break, or the odd part may not be made exactly how they should, end of the day its comes down to how quickly we fix that small issue, as the last thing we want is our customers waiting to complete assembly, so great to hear we got a thumbs up for this..
Thanks again, cheers Gary.
