ATTORNEY OF YOUR DREAMS!!! I was in desperate need for a great attorney for NEXT DAY court hearing for my Uncle and I live out of state. Started calling NY attorneys with no luck. After speaking with Atty Koch, I knew he was more than just an attorney, he actually CARED about the person he represented and their family. A man without a country. I had an Employment Authorization Document and renewals for as long as I can remember. In 2023, my Social Security card was canceled, and I was unable to renew my EAD. I had been referred to Lee through other staff in his building that had heard a lot about Lee's success in his immigration cases.
After a brief meeting and discussion, he recommended I hire him to do a Freedom of Information Act request and go from there. He was able to get my file from the United States Immigration and Citizenship Service, Customs and Border Protection, and the Executive Office of Immigration Review. He poured over these documents with a fine tooth comb. He spent hours on the phone with USCIS, sent me with updated information to the SSA, and continued to research into why I suddenly lost the ability to work, insure myself, and claim other benefits. Lee was stonewalled at every step by the government agencies hiding something.
Saying Lee is tenacious is an understatement. He drew on his former training in the military and started to parse the FBI for information. He was able get the FBI to provide him the kind of records that would scare you if you knew the government kept records as detailed as mine. Within my records, Lee found mistake after mistake. The incorrect FBI file bounced against the SSA and USCIS files canceling my ability to maintain my SSN and EAD.
Lee got it all fixed in one filing. I was approved in a few weeks and my EAD showed up just afterwards. Lee never gave up. He did the impossible. I think any other attorney would have thrown in the towel frustrated well before achieving success, so I wholeheartedly recommend him and his firm for issues related to immigration, criminal, or both!
