We recently had a repair done on our home in Flushing, Queens by Royal Renovators, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress free. Eric, the project manager, was outstanding, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. We had received two other estimates before moving forward, and Royal Renovators came in right in the middle not the cheapest, but definitely the best value for the level of service and quality we received.

These guys are amazing from the first evaluation to the competed job it was nothing but kindness and ease they work fast and more importantly correct they make sure the job is 100% completed and still take the time to check in after the jobs been done. Workmanship like this in New York is hard to come by so when you find it value it cause this is rare. We still use them for any small or large repairs .

Today I had the pleasure of watching, from my 26th floor apartment, as the team at Royal Renovators replaced a roof on a home across the street in Forest Hills, Queens. I was truly impressed by the speed, efficiency, and organization of this hardworking crew. A large team arrived early, cleared the snow, removed the old roof, and carefully installed the new roofing system layer by layer. It was clear they were experienced professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. It was like watching a bee-hive on the nature channel. The activity was non-stop, the entire process felt like watching a perfectly coordinated operation. Materials arrived right on time, were lifted to the roof by crane, every worker moved with purpose (including going up and down the ladder) while supporting one another. The energy never slowed down and the job site stayed active from start to finish. I'm not sure I ever saw a single worker stop to rest or take a break. Even with the short and cold February days, the crew completed the entire project before sunset. I live in an apartment so I may not need roofing services anytime soon, but if I ever do, Royal Renovators will absolutely be my first call.
