Donated here multiple times and I never receive the tax donation letter I always get an automatic email that makes me create an account to access my letter! Why can’t they send me the letter automatically why do I need an account to donate? And when I call they tell me to wait. Very unhelpful place to donate if you’re look for donation receipts
This place is such a vibe. Staff are very friendly and you can find some real gems here if you take your time. Just be careful with electrical stuff. I got a lamp and didn’t realize the power cable was frayed so I turned it on and I had a small explosion haha but this place is amazing and I will certainly come back to get some more material!
Material For The Arts has a wonderful team of volunteers such col creative people who are helpful and knowledgeable Navigating the warehouse if you are in need of some assistance.. Hannah is Ace at locating items when you give an idea of what you’re working on.. there is Always A lot of Inspiration every time I get in there..
for example: A huge bin of single Kate Spade Shoes . My H.S Fashion Students had a great time as they reimagined and redesigned the shoe into a new look all made from donated Materials for the Arts..
