I had an excellent experience working with Brittany Panzarella, Negotiation Paralegal & Client Relations Manager from the law firm of Ronald D. Weiss, PC regarding a complicated medical debt issue with a large hospital on Long Island. From the initial consultation appointment in late October 2025, I felt comfortable moving forward on the spot with retaining the Firm to assist me with bills that were nearly impossible to decipher on my own! Prior to hiring the Firm I was met with resistance, roadblocks and misinformation about my financial responsibility following an emergency hospital visit with medically necessary emergency surgery. While recovering physically I was facing emotional distress due to mounting medical bills. Brittany negotiated on my behalf and did not back down when she received push back from the billing department as I provided her with detailed accounts of my communication from Day 1. Brittany's professionalism, knowledge, and compassion during the stressful process is exactly what was needed for a resolution. Each time I contacted Brittany she was responsive to my concerns without me feeling rushed or minimized in any way. The matter was handled within 7 months time as delays were due to the hospital stalling the process, not Brittany's diligent attempts to resolve the issue sooner. Brittany was instrumental in getting the matter settled for considerably less money, a reasonable, fair, negotiated amount. The staff of the Law Office of Ronald D. Weiss, P.C. were great to work with during a difficult time my Mom was going through. I was about to get sued for an old case and they stopped the lawsuit and settled on my favour for less money than they were asking . My case manager Brittany Panzarella went beyond and above to get best deal I could ask for from opposing counsel. She set me up on long payment plan with 0 interest and most import she followed up on my first payment to make sure I didn’t miss which I completely forgot about it . I would def hire them again and recommend to anyone who is being sued for money or so. They will do their best to get you best deal that works best for you.
