I had a great experience with Nurse Concierge. Even though I remained at the hospital longer expected following my surgery, Neil and Carlie were easy to work with and remained in constant communication with me to ensure that a nurse would still be able to meet me at my home. Rose and Rachel were very sweet and attentive to my needs!

I have been with Nurse Concierge team since they have started and every experience has been great! Neil, Rebecca and Carlie have been a pleasure to work for and make sure not only the patient needs are met, but also the staff. I cannot recommend them enough to patients undergoing a plastic procedure that need to be taken care of at home!

Neal was so helpful with finding me a nurse for at home dressing changes and general help on short notice. Jillian was my nurse, so sweet, knowledgeable and efficient.. I felt comfortable having her in my home and she took great care of me! She even contacted my surgeon for me to ask a couple questions I had from post op!.

I scheduled pretty last minute with them before my upcoming surgery and they were able to accommodate for me with nurses in that short amount of time. Both nurses were very caring and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate booking with them to take care of me for the first post op day

Nurse concierge is a brilliant idea. I was very emotional and in the a lot of pain after a surgery. I didn’t not know how I was going to do without their help. The nurses were very knowledgeable and caring . They stayed up all night watch me and give me my meds on time. Thank you

Wow! I can not say enough wonderful things about Nurse Concierge! They were the life savers we didn't realize we needed until we did and they were able to quickly make arrangements and have someone available the same day we inquired. The nurses were super friendly and very caring and did a great job managing everything I needed, including taking care of my dogs! Neil and his staff were very responsive and accommodating, even helping me to arrange travel to visit with my Dr., as I was not able to drive on my own yet. I would recommend to anyone having any type of surgery to have these amazing nurses come even if it's just for a day or two to help you get over the initial shock of being home and getting settled. My husband had to travel a few days after my surgery and he could do so with peace of mind that I was going to be in great hands while he was away!
