I am also a freelancer which always makes things more limited, but he gave excellent advice and found a product to suit. Easy and prompt communication, happy to answer all your questions (even the basic ones!). Kevin also has been particularly patient with the fact my home search has been slow! Trish has also been great at answering questions once the application was submitted and after the offer came through. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

A truly excellent service. I have known Number One Mortgages for a few years and have not only taken personal Mortgages through them but have also been able to recommend clients from my work. On a personal level, the degree of detail that is given is great. Number One Mortgages not only offer great mortgage options with competitive rates but are able to adapt seamlessly to individual requirements, pointing out the advantages or disadvantage of various options depending on your personal financial situations. The repayment options have been so well explained and are way better than anything offered by my bank. Don't forget that Banks can only offer their own products, so no matter how great a customer you are to them, they are really limited as to what they can offer. Number One Mortgages have the knowledge and experience to ensure you receive the best possible option available to you. Any predictions in relation to timescales or proposed monthly payments are extremely accurate and realistic. I simply can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service. I used their specialist service for Crown Servants posted overseas and had a mortgage offer within two weeks (compared to waiting 3 months and then getting declined with another broker). Very grateful for their dedicated expertise in this area and generally the efficient service and excellent communication throughout.
