After a summer hailstorm all but annihilated much of our home's siding, our Littleton neighborhood was flooded with construction and restoration companies offering their services. My husband and I were fortunate to come across a company called NUBILT Construction and Restoration. They helped us with the insurance claim, offered quality products to choose from, scheduled the work, and coordinated their capable tradesman to complete the job. We were very happy with the final product. Some time later, we noticed that the paint on the front door and on some of the trim on the garage had big bubbles developing. When I contacted Nubilt, the warranty on the paint job had expired almost a year earlier, but they still sent someone to look at it. The bubbles had developed between the wood itself and the original (and all successive) layer of paint: they were NOT a reflection of Nubilt's workmanship. Still they had one of their workmen repair the bubbles, sand the wood, and paint the door and the affected area of the garage door's trim, simply because they wanted the customer (us!) to be happy. We're pretty impressed! This is the company we'll hire next time we need this kind of work done.

Peter came to our house right after the water damage. He worked tirelessly with our insurance company to plan the recovery. He and his team were honest, hard working and got us on a good path to recovery. Janet packed out our house and gave us a complete inventory of everything. She was very organized and professional. Zach led the reconstruction effort. It was a big project. He coordinated everything with us and the contractors. He didn’t call anything finished until we were completely satisfied with the results. Nubilt was a great company to work with.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I recommend them to my father who had water damage. What a joke they are. They come out and make it all sound great and then turn around and hire the cheapest people they can find to do the work. You could tell they were not professional at all. If I knew how they worked I would have done it for him myself because I know my work quality would beat the work they do and I've never even done it. We went through 2 different crews and they wanted to send a 3rd before they were fired. He had to hire a real tile professional to fix there new work lol and the shower pan they did with concrete didn't even slope right do not use this company what a nightmare and on top of all that when they were removing the wet rotten drywall the guy didn't even get it all and my father ended up having to do that they also left an exhaust pipe going from the hot water heater to the ceiling partially unattached and was reminded to fix it for over a week and they never did. Low quality work and a headache is what this place is. And do ya notice they don't respond to bad reviews?? And they were so pathetic they didn't pick up the tarps they left behind after being fired. They were paid and more than likely they owe my father money. THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE

This an extremely long overdue review but in short, I cannot recommend this company enough. We had an incident occur that required us to remodel both our bathroom and downstairs living room. All of this was happening at the worst possible time and were feeling extremely dejected because of the horrible experience we were having with our water mitigation company. Thankfully, the team we were assigned could not have handled this any better and truly made our experience one-of-a-kind. We worked with Ben and Mustafa throughout the entire process. They were extremely communicative, attentive, empathetic, and constantly worked to ensure that we felt comfortable with the progress and process of the remodel. Even when things came up that were not part of the original plan, they explained things thoroughly and always sought to guide us based on what we needed. The work they performed and they people they worked with were all extremely professional, considerate, and friendly. It made this process so much easier and stress-free. I don't know what else this company does outside of emergency remodels but I know for a fact that we would be more than happy to work with them again given how incredible our experience was.

We were referred to NuBilt by our insurance company to re-build a bedroom and en-suite bathroom after a water leak was contained. They completed the remaining demo work and brought it back to new condition. They installed new tile in the shower and bathroom floor, lighting, drywall, paint and new LVP flooring. All of the individuals working on our project showed up when they said they would and did a wonderful job. We would hire them again for any other renovations we decide to complete in the future.

We had an issue in our home that wasn't/couldn't be identified by licensed trades people from 5 different companies over months of time trying to find someone who could identify our ongoing issues. We thankfully were eventually referred to NuBilt. They were immediately responsive and professional. Mr Gerado Mendoza assessed exactly what needed to be done, was extremely knowledgeable, polite and provided a step by step process. He managed the team who had many different needed skillsets. They were on time and prepared. We also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mustafa Hamed who made certain we were more than satisfied with the entire outcome, which took a village to repair and several weeks. We expected completion to be much more lengthy so they exceeded our expectations in every way, including price. Give them a call and save yourself repair/restoration and water mitigation grief.

We can't stress enough how much we appreciate Omar (Production Manager) and his team at NuBilt. Long story short, we were in a hotel for over 3 weeks (1 room with our 3 animals!) due to damage at our townhome caused by the neighboring unit. We were short on patience and just wanted to go home, but were stuck until part of the repairs could be completed. We were told there was a 3-4 week timeframe before they could even start. I died inside. Omar understood our desperation and assembled a team on the fly to get in there and get us home ASAP. He kept us informed the entire time and was professional and courteous throughout the process. The end result was solid and professional, and our home looks better than it did before the damage. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Great Quality Company Mustafa and his team did phenomenal work on our bathroom! We had extensive water damage to our bathroom resulting in the entire thing needing to be reconstructed.
