Prompt and friendly service. An appointment was arranged for within 24 hours of first contyact. I was kept updated on what time to expect the repairman to arrive. The technician took a great deal of care to explain the issue with the freezer. He was able to repair it on the spot and provided really helpful advice on how to monitor the ongoing performance as it is quite an old model. Would absolutely use this company again.

Not happy. A month ago Carl the technician came to repair my dryer. He informed us that it was the belt. He changed the belt. Within 3 days the dryer was back to making the same horrible noise. Carl came back again after we called and said it’s not fixed (after 3 days), and he said the belt was missing a piece. (Which I’m not sure why he didn’t know that on the first visit).
Then, within a month the dryer is back to doing the same horrible sound that he was meant to fix twice in his visit. It is a waste of our money when within a month within repairing. That is a shame! People should get a warranty from this place! Because in the end it is not worth spending hundreds of dollars for a dryer fix- only to be told, AFTERWARDS forking out the money - “your dryer is beyond repair”.

My 10 year old fridge started making some strange noises. I called Norwest on the Friday afternoon, Karl was at my place Monday morning, saw what the problem was and ordered the new part. I was expecting it to be costly, but was pleasantly surprised at the cost to repair. Thank you, will definitely be calling on you for any other appliance issues I have

Unfortunately the service has deteriorated since 2024. Back then there was no answering service Carl came out and fixed my cooktop in one visit and a fair pricel. The business has an answering service based overseas now. I advised I was a previous customer, they couldn't find my details. I described the problem with my electric cooktop, model number and brand they didn't pass this info on to a contractor called John. John came out, spent 15 minutes diagnosing but didn't unscrew or remove anything. It cost $230 for seemly nothing. He said he needed to order the part, this may have only required a single visit if the info I provided was passed on. After more than a week I still had no quote for the repair. Followed up and received a quote for over $330. I complained, received a lower price but the quote was not itemised. Asked for an itemised bill but heard nothing back from Carl. Call out + second visit for a repair with unnecessary delays, further charges, no itemised second quote and poor customer service from the answering service. Will not use this business again.

The technician Karl who came to fix the cooktop burner did a great job. He was very thorough, and meticulous in his work in identifying the issue, and answered to all my queries with regards to the my cooktop. A great personality and a great tradie. Would refer ro anyone with appliance issues.
