Craig did an exceptional job. Relaxed, knowledgeable and informative. Not just a lecture but practical experience with extinguishers too. So much more reassuring to have had the ‘hands on’ opportunity so that, God forbid, we are ever in the position to need to tackle a fire, we won’t have any reservation in doing so.

Had our fire training today with Craig. It was interesting, informative and very appropriate to our work environment. The scenarios really brought the risks of poor practice and fires into reality. The presentation kept people’s interest and was kept on time. The practical session at the end, I believe, reinforced staff’s knowledge.

This training really made me think it was more fun than the usual mandatory training. Its the second time I've done it and it was great to see the training had been updated and there were new things to learn. I enjoyed having a go with the different extinguishers. This has given me more confidence to use one if I have to.
