We began using NorthPoint Executive Suites for our quarterly meetings in Q4 of 2023 and couldn’t be more pleased. Danielle consistently goes above and beyond—making sure our meeting room is perfectly set up, providing coffee and water, and even picking up and delivering lunch orders. I've been at NorthPoint Executive Suites (NPES) since 2017. This is the 3rd executive suite type of office I've had since 2006 and I've definitely enjoyed this one the most. The building is Class A office space with comfortable amenities, security and ample parking. NPES maintains its own floor which was completely refurbished recently with new carpeting, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, conference room and more! (To be honest, It was fine before the renovation but now it's like new in most places.)
The staff are always very accommodating and helpful. Rick and Kathy have been here from the NPES opening. The others since I've been here, now Sherry but formerly Danielle and Ali were all also great to work with...so you can't lose!
There's a number of long term tenants like me here and in their other location in Alpharetta which says a lot.

Rick, the big boss, truly sets the tone for excellence here. His leadership and attention to detail create a seamless and positive experience for everyone who works in the suites. He’s always approachable and willing to help, ensuring that the community at NorthPoint feels supported and valued.
Danielle, the office manager, is a rockstar! She’s on top of every detail and always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. For any small business looking for office space, this is it! I can't say enough about the professional support provided by Kathy and Sherry; their assistance is invaluable. The office itself is always well-maintained, with daily cleaning and a great selection of complimentary coffees and teas. The efficient mail and package handling also makes a big difference. Overall, the support here is top-notch

Kathy's professionalism and customer service gives our office a place that we are proud to receive clients at. The office, conference rooms, kitchen area and waiting room provides options to meet with our clients. The environment lends itself to a friendly and calm place to work. I highly recommend N.E.S.
The room was big enough to accommodate our group of eleven, but not feel cramped in any way. The AV was available and easy to use. We ended up using the HDMI cable and it was long enough to reach across the table. They let us in the room fifteen minutes before our 8:30am start time so that we could get the monitors and room set up. The coffee and water in the break room with real mugs and glasses was the perfect addition as well! Our whole room would highly recommend!
