i’ve been a patient for 3 weeks, i’ve had so many contact injuries and even things i was born with that have made me feel like im 70 even though im barely into my 20s, in these 3 weeks the Neck, Back, and Knee center has given me hope that i wont be using a wheelchair by my thirties. The staff is amazing, super nice, and wonderfully helpful. i haven’t felt this good in years.

I came here for chronic back pain and for a long time felt comfortable — mainly because the former NP handled injections gently, listened, and respected my concerns. The current NP does not. I’ve had injections from her before; they were rough and she didn’t listen to where my pain actually was. So I declined another injection, and her attitude was rude and dismissive. I was also told they were ‘banking on me not showing up,’ and the courtesy calls I always received when running a few minutes behind abruptly stopped. The change in how I was treated was obvious. I no longer feel safe or respected as a patient, so I won’t be returning.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I was a little wary after a bad experience with another chiropractor in the past, but the Neck Back and Knee Center has been truly amazing. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming — you can tell they genuinely want to help you feel better. You can feel the support from the moment you walk in. I’ve already noticed such a difference in my body, and I’m so grateful I found them. I’d highly recommend

This Place is just Beyond Amazing....They have help me to feel like new....I used to be in excruciating pain every day after work....Now with help of these wonderful people ....I mean Angel's I can work through my days with Very minimal pain if not Any pain at all....They have taught me new stretches ways to help me....This place is just great I highly recommend these people ...They go above and beyond ....The sweetest people ever....

Everyone has been very nice and always welcoming. Injections are very scary for me but people in this clinic make my every visit nice. The kindness they showed me turn a stressful experience to a calm and comforting one. The staff are not only proffesional but incredibly caring. My doctor took time to listen to my concern and explained every step to getting better. Her compassion gave me hope when i was feeling discourage. This is definitely a place that geniunely cares.

Neck Back and Knee center came to my work for a health fair they my employer does. The staff is amazing, everyone remembers your name. I really like how it is a all in one they don't just treat the problem and send you on your way they get you exercises to help strengthen the muscles to keep you out of pain in the long run.

I would avoid this place at all costs. I was in a car accident and made the mistake of hiring Merk & Gile. They sent me to this ambulance chasing clinic. I went 5 or 6 times and they billed my insurance using the PIP part even though I made it clear to the lawyers that I did not want my insurance to be responsible since I was NOT at fault. I stopped going because I didn't feel like I was actually getting real medical care. Over 1 year after my insurance paid them they send me a letter claiming I owe $1000.00 that my insurance didn't pay. They attorney I used settled the claim and never had the medical bills taken care of. I went through the itemized bill at they are billing for services I never had done. They claim they did injections with Ultrasound. I never had anything done with ultrasound. When questioned about it I was told well they wouldn't have charted it if they didn't do it. Which is a lie. I had the trigger point injections done and was not comfortable with the staff that did them or the way they were done, so on my next visit I declined the injections, and I stopped going very soon after that. My insurance paid them on March 20, 2024 and they waited until 4/17/2025 to send me any notification about the bill. The letter also threatened to send it to collections. Again AVOID THIS JOKE OF A PLACE AT ALL COSTS. ALSO AVOID MERK & GILE LAW FIRM...
