Very happy with Northeast Animal Hospital. I am so used to other clinics saying they have no openings for weeks which can sometimes turn into an emergency visit at another clinic.
My small dog Joey and my two cats are patients here. Each time I call they are always able to get me right in and that means the world to me. As soon as you walk in the check me in very quickly so the wait is less stress on the animal.
Everyone here is very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. My pets see Dr. Lamas and he is always kind and listens and very supportive. He explains what is going on and truly cares about your pet!
The office staff have been at this practice a very long time and that says something. That tells me they treat their employees well which to me means they will treat my animal even better.
I am very grateful for all of you here. From check in and check out, to the techs, and the Veterinarians.

This is the best veterinary practice in town. They are always so accommodating and helpful and kind. The vets are knowledgeable and friendly and take their time. I’ve had emergencies and non-emergency visits here for my dog and two cats. Each time the office has got me in immediately or around my schedule. I am so used to other practices saying they have no openings and it’ll be weeks which leads to an emergency room visit at an ER clinic if it’s something my pet cannot wait to be seen for.
Thank you so much to everyone here. All of the staff have worked at this practice a very long time which is says something about how they treat their staff. If staff are treated well you know that the animals will be treated even better. I am so grateful for Northeast Animal Hospital.

Friendly place and not crazy expensive. They always remind me about medication refills and know my dog by name.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly by Amy, Kerri & Helen. Dr’s Lamas & Allison are so gentle & kind & treat you like family. Your pet is treated as if it was their own. As long as I’ve had pets which is my whole life I’ve never felt so comfortable and I know my fur baby is in excellent hands from the time we go thru the doors! When my dog is groomed she is treated like a queen. There’s not enough “kudos” for Northeast Animal Hospital & and a great big thank you to Amy (front desk) for everything she does!

This vet has been around for at least 40 years. I remember taking our lab, Sundance, here when I was in school at Gilchrist in 1991. They have been there for us through decades of pets. They do not try to upsell products and are straight forward as far as treatment plans are concerned. Actually, they even sell Dr. Allison’s fame fresh eggs there. Truly an old school practice with old school, incredible values.
Their reminder system is convenient allowing us to stay up to date on vaccines and annual exams. I think they are getting a little more tech savvy as the years go on but don’t expect an app or anything fancy for appointments. I won’t say much about the front desk staff outside of the fact that many of them have been around for decades and they are there to do their jobs. Don’t expect friendly banter or smiles or small talk, or anything other than checking in and checking out. I appreciate a woman who gets her job done, and that they do. In and out.
One of my favorites is that they allow me to drop my doodles off for a bath at 9 in the morning and I pick them up after work and they only charge for the baths, not a full day of boarding. There is some variability as far as who bathes the dogs and whether or not they comb them out, dry them or I may pick them up still wet, unfortunately smelling like a wet dog probably being put back in a kennel after bath. Some of the staff do a better job than others as far as cleaning them, I love when they do what I request; getting their greasy spots clean around the ears and at least giving them a little finger comb through and towel dry. Their baths are a great option between Grooms given Doodle grooms are obscenely expensive. I would bring them every couple of weeks if I knew the “good one” was going to bathe them. All around, I highly recommend Northeast Animal Hospital!

We have been taking our beloved pets here since the 90s. I appreciate their consistency and flexibility. They treat our pets like they are part of the family. Photo attached is them pulling up to the vet. Photo after is Louie feeling a LOT better after getting treated for an ear infection. I truly appreciate the Dr. educating me on the at home ear treatment. Not only did they fit us in, they were very patient and also sent us home with instructions for a VERY fair price of treatment. I highly recommend Northeast Animal Hospital for your furry babies.

I have been taking my pets to Dr Allison for many years. He is professional while also being very compassionate when needed. I would not take my babies to anyone else from beginning to end of life. Very friendly staff as well❣️

Wonderful and caring group of people. We have been using this group for all our pets and highly recommend them. We have had to put down 4 of our dogs and they have always been caring sensitive.

Very kind and attentive vets here! Prices are reasonable and office ands techs are all helpful. We’ve used them for years since they are the Boxer Aid & Rescue vet and switched all our own animals here.

I've been using Northeast animal hospital for decades. I trust them with my pets. Dr. Allison is the best. The staff is always helpful and caring. I've been to many other vets in town due to regular fostering caretaking that I do, and I will continue to stay with Northeast animal hospital for my own pets due to the quality care that they provide.

Very dis appointed.
They charged me $409 un necessary.
My dog was has nausea problem yellow white foam. And Gas problem.
For treated they give him an injection, blood work, even heart-warm additional two more medicine for treatment.
Is this a way to doing treat nausea. Even he do not have issue with stool or not diarrhea problem.
They did not asked me about price they charging for each prior to treat.
Not recommend. Go with others hospitals instead.
Thank god they did not bill me 5000-7000. No what you van do after treatment.
