Where to start? Ever since one of my colleagues gave me Patrick's contact information , I have done nothing but improve my finances and learn. Patrick has been my lender for 2 home purchases and a refinance. Each experience far exceeded my expectations from the interest rate to the final closing costs. He even found a lower rate after locking for two of those. He knew it was going to happen and told me the week before. Patrick goes above and beyond to make sure his clients received the best lowest final monthly payment AND loan product. For my primary purchase, I was able to use a grant program. Patrick knows just about every grant program or special product to help with closing and your down payment. A different lender at that time didn't even mention one and told me the best rate he could get that was .325% higher than Patrick's. That's when I learned that the lender has to do the extra work to be able to offer these specialized grant products and I was extremely fortunate that Patrick is the type of lender who cares about building up his client's portfolio (or financial assets) in addition to being an advocate for motivating clients to establish generational wealth. He connected a family member to resources in California and Florida with no return or money incentive. Patrick can help anyone in the DMV area and I highly recommend him to any homeowner no matter what your financial position may be right now. He'll either know the best program, or the specific steps you need to take, to get a home in the future.
