Canal root refilling
Having had trouble with a molar that had been root filled several years ago, I was referred to Alex to advise me on next steps and likely outcomes.
From the start Alex was direct and straightforward in his advice. He clarified the options and identified the potential outcomes on each one.
After waiting for the practice to start using their new 3-D scanner, the result of the scan indicated the most opportune action to take and my re-root was booked.
The treatment was done efficiently with each stage sympathetically explained and the final result confirmed as a success.
If you need any similar treatment I would not hesitate to consult with Alex, he is a fabulous professional.

After more than 30 years as a patient at Norfolk House the treatment and care was as outstanding as ever. I particularly appreciated Jo's (the hygienist) advice for managing a dry mouth which was new to me.

I never write reviews, however I felt compelled to write one today to say a huge thanks to Shaji and Amy for being able to fix my front broken crown (had the old one done 45 years ago!!). The whole procedure was done in a very calm, professional manner and I am delighted with the end product, so much so, I'm having another crown replacement to match the new one. My thanks are to Shaji for fitting me into his busy schedule as an emergency, and to Amy for her reassurance, patient comfort checks and her sunny disposition. I'd also like to thank Jo Dewhurst for her understanding during my hygienist appointment.

Overall good however I object to being told if no parking space available I could park in Heathville Road. This isn't acceptable given the staff have preference.

Took a lot of care showing and explaining the dental x-rays plus lots of clear information on why certain things should be done.

The service provided at this practice is outstanding. The staff are both exceptionally friendly and also professional. On my return visit December 2022 I can confirm my previous comments are still appropriate.
I have just experienced on 29/05/2024 being measured for having a crown fitted by Dr. Andrews using the latest CAD/CAM technology. Pete was then was able to manufacture the crown prior to my return on the same day so as to have the crown fitted. Pete kept me fully informed at every stage even showing me the ultra modern manufacturing equipment.
Fantastic Dental Practice, lovely, receptionists, hygienists nurses and dentists. Thank you Pete for a pleasant experience having my crown fitted.
Just visited the practice on the 8th July 2025 for a clean and check up. Jo, the hygienist, ably assisted by Jazz completed a wonderful clean and Pete confirmed all was in order; another pleasant and successful visit.
I visited the practice on 17/12/2025 for a six monthly check up and clean and experienced a pleasant time with Jo the hygienist and Pete the dentist..Car parking was not an issue neither was the treatment. I can thoroughly recommend this practice.

I have recently had a crown fitted which has been troublesome because of the wear on the tooth. I have returned to see the dentist for a solution which she has talked me through. I cannot speak highly enough for my experience with my dentist.

Fabulous dental practice ... the care is always personal. Our family have been with this practice for over 20 years and we wouldn't move anywhere else. Trudi is a great hygienist - gives good advice and is very gentle with my regular sessions. We haven't been with Dr Andrews for long as our previous dentist retired, but trust his advice entirely.
