My wife & I have always had good treatment & practical advice from this surgery. The reception team are excellent & will always try and accommodate busy schedules. My experience of the dentist, is that she is very good and sympathetic to a bad patient (me) I have recently had what I can only described as a 3D laser printed crown fitted----- brilliant use of technology. Ready in hours without the use of clay moulds! On the negative side, the reception needs a bit of updating as it's letting the practice down Edited Dec 2022 Had to make a short notice visit here, was fitted in to suit my travelling plans. Saw Eurico, who is a good addition to the practice and very sympathetic to me being a bad patient. Nice to see the reception is being refurbished. Edited Feb 2023 Another short notice visit! excellent results, better than I could have expected Edit end May 2023 planned appointments all went to plan, good to see work almost complete in reception area Edit July 2024 Yet another short notice visit for a filling. All went well, good discussion with Eurico regarding the possible options. Treatment good, despite me being a gagging patient!

Friendly, efficient reception staff. Dental and hygenist care very professional. With rigorous attention many of my teeth have been saved!

Am a very nervous patient who needs sedation to cope with treatment, to say I was put at ease by Naomi is an understatement, I had all the treatment I needed in one appointment which took a lot of the stress out of it. All of the staff here are fantastic and helped me get my teeth sorted. Highly recommend if you are nervous and need sedation, it’s worth every penny. Many thanks to all of you

Great service very professional very effective.

I have been a patient at Norfolk house since the 90's and have always had great service, firstly from Mrs Edwards and then Dr Rob when she left. All dental work needed is discussed and I am never rushed into decisions, or indeed, out of the surgery. I do pay on the monthly plan which is not cheap but has been invaluable. Whilst NHS dentists are OK, I love the extra care taken by a private establishment.

The service provided at this practice is outstanding. The staff are both exceptionally friendly and also professional. On my return visit December 2022 I can confirm my previous comments are still appropriate. I have just experienced on 29/05/2024 being measured for having a crown fitted by Dr. Andrews using the latest CAD/CAM technology. Pete was then was able to manufacture the crown prior to my return on the same day so as to have the crown fitted. Pete kept me fully informed at every stage even showing me the ultra modern manufacturing equipment. Fantastic Dental Practice, lovely, receptionists, hygienists nurses and dentists. Thank you Pete for a pleasant experience having my crown fitted.

The care and attention given by both the dentist and dental hygienist are wonderful. Everything is explained very well and advice is given on how to improve your dental health. I can highly recommend this dental clinic.

It is always good to visit Norfolk House Dental Practice, and meet up with the same team. The reassurance derived from the continuity of all of the team is most welcome.

The care I was given by my dentist was extremely reassuring. The dentist talked me through my options to make my decision and explained the process. On the day of my tooth extraction the dentist went through the procedure very clearly and I felt confident for her to proceed. I was contacted by the practice the next day to check that all was ok. Given my level of anxiety I felt well cared for and I certainly recommend this practice.
