The ladies here are just lovely, we had such a good laugh. Loved this store so much, felt so happy leaving with all my buys.
Emma Rabinowitz, your make up specialist, is an incredible makeup artist and service provider for your store. Emma is a complete delight. She took such care in choosing the right products for my changing skin at 62, for the very formal event I attended with a face that still looked like my own just the best it could Possibly be! I couldn’t ask for or imagine a better make over experience. I was so happy to learn about and purchase the colors and products she chose for me. I felt so pretty all evening at the event. Thanks so much for hiring such a talented and fun specialist in Emma. I felt my time and money was well spent
Great experience at FAO Schwarz! Pricilla, Trevor and Sarah. Pricilla really assisted me in choosing the perfect gift for my niece. Such a great team.

Shout out to Giancarlo in the shoe department! I was the last customer of the night and nothing was inspiring me. Giancarlo swept in and helped me find the perfect shoes for my cousin’s wedding.

I have been coming here for years and the customer service on each and every floor is exceptional. The shopping experience is above and beyond and everything about the NYC Flagship Store makes sure to maintain that standard. Most recently, I had to do a bit of shopping to buy an outfit for a wedding, and between Cherry, Pricila, and Lauren’s expertise, I picked out the perfect dress and clutch and left feeling like a million bucks. They are such kind, chic, professional fashionistas and made my entire day. I’ll be coming to this store until the end of time!

The FAQ Schwarz downstairs were phenomenal! The staff was so fun and friendly and this girl Maya with a red ribbon headband was super sweet and took care of all our needs! Genuinely a fun time! - Anelisa

Tienda departamental de diseño, marcas internacionales y buena calidad.
La atención y comodidad del lugar son un plus a la hora de comprar y este lugar lo tiene.
Sobre todo sí van a la.parte de skincare y beauty y en particular a Dior, allí está Ash, un experto en maquillaje y perfumes que ademas de ser un gran profesional es muy amable, atento y hasta sabe algo de español, lo que para los hispanohablantes es algo importante.
