We had a roof inspection completed since our roof was the original roof from our house built in 2004. Person Inspecting was on time, professional, answered all my questions and provided a detailed report. We felt having Nordic Home Inspection complete this task rather than a roofing company we would get a more honest answer if replacing was necessary yet or not.
