Nordic did a very thorough inspection. This allowed me to really have a full understanding of the good , the bad and the ugly. After the inspection I received a call and we went thought the report in detail and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use them again.

Working with Nordic was a great experience. Our inspector took time to explain what he saw in the condo we are purchasing and what it might mean to us. He even went up onto the roof to determine if hallway ceiling spots were to become a problem. We were grateful for that and got a small reduction in our purchase price as a result of what he told us.

From the first call to Anna I felt taken care of. She was kind, thorough and efficient in scheduling. Dan arrived on time and was very professional, kind and thorough. He spent nearly 3 hours going through our lake home. Afterwards Dan walked me through the home and gave detailed explanations and recommendations. He made himself available for phone calls and emailed me the formal report that evening as he said he would. This report was complete with photos and details. I’m impressed and will be referring friends and family.
