In the process of buying a home and set up a home inspection. I can say they went above and beyond and even came out a few days prior to the main inspection to inspect the roof early due to a snow storm coming the following day. Was satisfied with the inspection

Called on a Friday at 4:30 and they got me booked for the following Monday. The inspection was thorough, courteous and everything we needed in a home inspection. They really helped us make an educated and informed decision on a potential home purchase. Their report was very detailed and helpful.

The Nordic team was so great to work with. As first time homebuyers, this whole process is new to us. While the initial cost was a shock, it was well worth it. Not only was the inspection done, but the Nordic team took the time to walk us through the report AND spell it out for us as well (if something is common, what to prioritize, what and how to watch things). This is also the only place in the area that does the inspection, radon testing, and sewer line inspection that we could find. Everything from the call with the receptionist to receiving the report was such a seamless process!

I appreciate how thorough Kole was with the inspection even just the maintenance thing that should get attention to. Gives me a good baseline on everything on the house

The Nordic home inspection service was quick to schedule and they provided a detailed report about my house that will help in listing the house. I would highly recommend Ben Zerr who did my house inspection to anybody who is looking for a very detailed knowledgeable guy who take extra time to tell you what to focus on and what is just recommended.

Ben and Travis were efficient and helpful! We felt like they really cared to give us an accurate view of the house.
We went the the older home package that included the Foundation Elevation Survey and Radon testing and I'm so glad we did. The foundation was good (peace of mind!) and the Radon was really high, so we were able to negotiate and have the seller fix that before moving in.
I would totally go with Nordic again!
