So hes not my primary but I met him for the first time just the other day and I've got to say he was very perfessional, thorough, and not only did he listen to me but I feel like he actually heard what I was saying and took it in which really helped me be able to full explain everything. I was dealing with some pretty serious medical issues and he saw me right away and even made sure I have a follow up appt for as soon as possible. I genuinely am greatful for the help he was able to give me and the fact I have a follow up appt so soon eases my mind, and he made that happen 🙂. I highly recommend him and NOHN in general, I've been going there since birth and so has my daughter and I've never had a single doctor, nurse, MA, receptionist, or literally anyone ever be rude and not help me in every possible. Im truly greatful for NOHN and their staff 🙂

The is almost surreal to experience the poor quality of care received by PA named Curt Haugin. he refused to give me referrals to specialists and refused to provide me with proper testing. I clearly stated all my symptoms and he never listened. Making this short. I had to find a cash specialist to take an MRI that proved I had a torn rotator cuff and damaged tendons in shoulder. CURT REFUSED MRI. I had to fly to Caring Medical in Florida to get a specialist to do dynamic ultrasounds of my neck to prove I have a compressed jugular vein in my neck. All cash. And I had to find a cash specialist to test me for thoracic outlet syndrome. I tested positive and received care I needed that greatly helped. Over $20k out of my pocket so far. I even sent a registered letter to North Olympic Health Care CEO seeking help and never got a reply. At my final meeting I asked Curt Haugin why he kept refusing to help me. I gave him all the medical records proving my case. He got so flabbergasted he stated I was just finding doctors that told me what I wanted to hear. so I moved on to another Doctor in Sequim. Dr Ausmanas. And she too is refusing to give me referrals to specialists I need to address a blockage in my neck. Vein blockage that is. so , I pulled my medical records at North Olympic Health Care. Guess what Curt Haugin wrote in my medical records on the last day. He wrote on my medical records that I threatened to sue him. That statement is seen by other medical facilities in the entire state. Including the Dr Ausmanas office. The Doctor I see now refuses giving referrals. when a PA makes a fraudulent statement it is to try and protect himself. But here is the interesting part. I had a brain surgery and was having short term memory issues. I wore a voice recorder around my neck. And told him I had to use it so I could go home and write my notes up. Internal Jugular Vein Compression affects short term memory issues. I recorded our entire last conversation. He is a liar. And an incompetent PA. And North Olympic Health Care is the most poorly managed health care system I have ever been to. A better name would be Gilligan's Island Health Care. Finding good MD care in this area of Port Angeles and Sequim is a challenge. I have great Chiropractor here. Great Eye doctors here. Great dentist here. etc. If you see North Olympic Health Care just run. The reviews they have in their site are managed reviews. Most medical facilities reviews on their site should always be skeptically reviewed
