Dr Garg was extremely patient with me and gave me good advice and encouragement. It was extremely painful as it was an extraction and a filling. Her dental assistant was also very kind and reassuring.
I have been seeing Dr Garg for years and she is an excellent, kind, sympathetic lady and gives patients words of encourafement and kindness all the time.
Dr Than at Castle Tower is amazing. He is very gentle and care. Whole family members visit him twice a year
Work quality was fine but what is really interesting here is their business model!
They charge your private health insurance with maximum rates and push it to extreme limits then give you a discount and waive the gap that you need to pay from your pocket. It may sound like a good deal but you are draining your insurance annual limit very quickly by using their service.
For a cleaning package I was charged 700$!! Communication during procedure was minimum and cold. No proper explanation. Won't be back for sure.
My daughter had her check‑up and clean with Dr Divya and her assistant, and the experience was wonderful. They were gentle, patient, and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The care was thorough, and their friendly approach made the visit so easy for her. Highly recommended.
Just had my first session with Dr Rebecca Cowie- super informative and approachable, she runs you through every step along the way so you don’t feel unaware of what’s happening especially with all the foreign tools in the mouth! Will be booking my session with her as well next time!
