What an incredible service from David during my recent loan application. Kept me up to date all the way through and sorted it all in no time at all. As a new customer I've been extremely impressed at how easy and quick the whole process was and the service was probably the best I've ever had. So helpful and take each application on its own merit. I've had Beant as my loans officer and he was understanding, kind and professional throughout, despite my application being a bit more nuanced than most. So grateful to him and Copperpot, thank you.

The service provided by No1 Copperpot was fantastic. I requested a personal loan to buy a car and from the submitting the application to having the money transferred was done in a matter of days. Really efficient service and straight forward application. Highly recommended!!

The staff are brilliant. Always polite and helpful. The application process for the differrent products i have used over many years is quick easy and user friendly. Would definately recommend them.
