Dr. Ho is outstanding. He is very thorough when reviewing x-rays or MRIs, explaining in detail what the issues are and showing you exactly what he sees. He clearly discusses treatment options and solutions to help alleviate pain, and he never rushes you out of the room. Dr. Ho makes sure you fully understand your care plan and takes the time to address any questions or concerns. Last December, I was scheduled for surgery with Dr. Katzman and he never showed up for the procedure.
Today I was schedule to see Dr. Ho in the office and waited in the exam room for an hour without him ever coming in.
It's clear and obvious that this practice has no regard for their patients if two separate physicians treat their patients this way.

I’ve had several surgeries at this facility, and the staff has always been very professional. The two girls at the front desk in Room 205 and the two girls in the surgery center in Room 210 are all extremely helpful and respectful. I have never received any bad attitude or been treated poorly by any of them. I am still a patient here with a few upcoming procedures, and I continue to feel comfortable and safe every time I visit this facility.
