The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was smooth, and every interaction felt genuine rather than forced. What impressed me most was that they even called me by name, which may seem small to some people, but it showed a level of care and customer attention that’s hard to find these days. You can tell this is a place that values people and takes pride in creating a quality experience from beginning to end. Nothing felt rushed, overlooked, or disorganized. Everything was simply done right. This was my first time receiving IV therapy and I was so impressed. When I first reached out to them about making an appointment I received a very fast response to check if my insurance approved the therapy and they let me know within 24 hours that it was approved. When I arrived at the clinic I was greeted with super friendly staff who walked me through the process and paper work. The were very informative an helpful. The facility is super clean and so friendly. I will definitely be a returning patient and I HIGHLY recommend this facility to everyone.

Love this place. The Staff is professional and friendly. I've gotten the vitamin infusion a couple of times and has helped my energy level, which at the age of 71, I need. I highly recommend it!!

This place has been nothing but amazing for me. I scheduled an appointment and from the first till now I will be a forever customer. The staff is so amazing and helpful and truly listens to help the very best they can everyone is no nice and accommodating. The office is also very clean and sanitary which is a bonus! This is absolutely one of my favorite stops of the week..I get to reenergize, socialize and enjoy myself with a lovely staff...Jen even calls to remind you of your appointment. Amber and Stephanie makes sure that they give you a smile from the front door to the chair..Thank You Ema for being lovely.. This is a great environment and atmosphere..A time is had when I come to get my bag!!!

Went in February, thinking Insurance was paying as I was told. Got there and was told there was a Deductible, which would have been fine. But no one called to inform me so I would be more prepared. The receptionist stated someone tried calling and was unable to leave a voice mail. She lied. My voice mail works just fine. I posted a 1 star review and was called by the manager asking me to remove the review and I would receive a free therapy, and that she would call me to schedule when the Orange Park location opened in March. Here we are end of April and Surprise no call. Let's do better, Niva and work on customer service.
