I had such an amazing experience at this IV therapy center! From the moment I walked in, Jaenaesha at the front desk made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. Caroline and Rachel, the medical assistants, were absolutely wonderful. They were knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything to me so I felt completely comfortable. You can tell they truly care about their patients and love what they do. Michelle, the nurse practitioner, was exceptional. She was attentive, thorough, and made sure my treatment was tailored to exactly what I needed. I felt heard, cared for, and confident in the entire process. The whole team provided top-tier service and genuine compassion. If you’re looking for quality care and a staff that truly goes above and beyond, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They got rid of the old manager (Linda) who knew what she was talking about, was kind, friendly and cared about the patients. Ashley at the front desk is also gone now, who communicated and helped make sure your visit ran smooth. Loosing these 2 was the worst thing that could happen. The new staff have ruined this place and I will no longer be returning. No one knows what they are talking about, provider doesn’t even understand labs, wait times long, and I leave with my arms bruised from them missing IV sticks (over 4 times). Not to mention when you address any concerns to the new manager all she does is blame it on Linda and tells patients how she got fired which is completely unprofessional. They have lost me as a patient.

Terrible customer service over the phone. It's incredibly difficult to get through. The operators are awful. If they would just pay someone a decent wage to answer the phone properly instead of outsourcing it to India, they would have much better service. I've been trying to contact someone for two weeks to get an answer, and they don't know how to connect me to the office so they can receive my results.

I was called by your office and scheduled for an appointment after being told my insurance was accepted. I drove 40 minutes to the appointment and waited over 30 minutes, only to be told that you do not take my insurance. This should have been verified before the appointment was booked. This was a complete waste of my time and is extremely unprofessional. I expect this issue to be addressed. And manager took 40 minutes to come talk to me I could’ve just paid for this service but after hearing her in the back just not caring that a patient is waiting I don’t want to give this place my money she’s over here in the back talking about getting stuff from temu
