Worst lawyer in the world may sign a rider after my claim was done that I cannot touch my Medicare set aside for anything other than my injury and if I didn’t they would take the money away from me I grew up with Gary and can’t believe he did this to memy home is now falling apart I have no vehicle I can’t afford anything my home is gonna fall apart around me I have no money and this is what he’s done to me don’t ever go with him ever
This is a very unprofessional lawfirm. Their attorneys don't seem too keen on customer service, or even just human decency. I wouldn't trust this lawfirm even on a minor case, especially when you consider they try to get you to see their "inhouse" doctor friends for false testimony. Their main attorney Mr Nitsche at one point went as far as to get into an argument about something that they had imagined, seemingly while drunk as he then asked me to have a beer with him.. Interesting people.
The attorneys never answer neither does the paralegal awful . They don’t keep you updated on your case you gotta keep pressing the issue for them to get things done that should of been done . They are more on the other people side than yours. Very time consuming for the most easiest cases that other attorneys could have settled in no time
My entire experience with Mr. Nitsche was filled with nothing but the greatest care and professionalism.
