Just checked out this morning after a wonderful & relaxing 2 nights. Everything was as stated. The tents were very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom large, great water pressure & hot & cold water. Every detail was well thought out down to even providing items for somores. Only way to go camping. Book today & get ready to enjoy a wonderful adventure!
We stayed at the "Cutest Cozy Getaway Cottage" which is a cabin on the lake. This was a fantastic little cabin. The Cabin itself was so nice. The furnishings were nice, they had everything you would need for a stay (except for food & cloths) and I have to say, the bed was one of the most comfortable that I've slept in away from home. The staff and owners were all so very helpful. We were very satisfied with this property. We will definitely be back. One thing to note - not related to the cabin itself - the cell service here is pretty much Non-existent! I forgot to download my email with the door code and had to drive back into town to get it. Once you get in the Cottage has excellent Wi-Fi, so internet access is not an issue. But cell service definitely is! We also rented a Pontoon boat from the owner. We had a little trouble getting going, but the owners were very helpful. They even came out to the lake to look for us. We tried to call them and also sent several texts to let them know we were no longer having issues, but due to the poor cell service, it apparently did not go through. Anyway, beside the poor cell service, this was a fantastic place to stay. The owners are super helpful, and the amenities were all great. We will definitely stay here again. We had the most relaxing time! Your attention to detail is amazing, and I probably documented all of them, lol. We will definitely be back and maybe at least, if not more, than our anniversary yearly! They had every location set up for complete relaxation. providing everything you would need to enjoy every moment!! AMAZING!! ️

This place is absolutely amazing! We stayed here this weekend for our anniversary trip and we loved every second of it! They literally thought of everything here! The amenities were great, the bed was so comfortable, the sound machine, the s’mores, the tub (omg the tub & bubble bath I loved so much). The hangout areas literally had everything you could ever need, the overlook was gorgeous! I mean we definitely could have spent an entire week! Just relaxing in the peace and quiet and the beautiful scenery! The WiFi was strong, not that I needed it much since we just relaxed, read and hung out together, soaking up our time together. It was like we were somewhere else! But also still close enough to run to dinner if we didn’t cook on site. We will 100% be back!!!
This is such a great place to stay! The view is beautiful, the Wi-Fi is strong, and the bed is incredibly comfortable (with pillows that are even better). The bathtub is the perfect size for relaxing, and the whole space feels so inviting. The hosts are wonderful and very communicative, which made everything easy. Definitely take advantage of renting one of their golf carts for an evening stroll—it’s such a fun way to explore. Highly recommend!
This was my very first time clamping, and I decided to bring my brother along for the adventure – we had the best time! Nine Pines retreat is the perfect mix of comfort and the great outdoors. We love spotting wildlife, cooking on the grill, and making pizzas in the outdoor oven – it felt like camping, but with all the comforts you want.
One of our favorite moments of the whole weekend was when it rained. Sitting inside the Geo dome, warm and comfortable, while listening to the rain on the dome and watching it fall through the big windows was unforgettable. It’s a kind of experience that makes you slow down and really appreciate the beauty around you.

We booked for a quick last-minute overnight getaway, and was not disappointed. Very nice for relaxation and enjoying nature...very quiet & peaceful place. Also, not too far away from some good restaurants, and other things to do, if staying for a few days. Host was very friendly and accommodating; making sure we enjoyed our stay.We enjoyed the experience overall and definitely consider staying again in the future.

Top notch, 5-star glamping experience. My daughter surprised me with an overnight to Nine Pines for my birthday. This place is amazing. Everything you need is here. Bring your food or go out to eat . We were able to kayak on Barkley Lake. I would recommend the golf cart. We enjoyed riding around the property, especially at night. Lights everywhere. Ended the day with a fire and s’mores!! Again , everything was right at our finger tips.The bathroom was Amazing!! So relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. A very relaxing trip. I highly recommend!!!!
We just had the most amazing trip at Nine Pines resort. We rented the entire resort and the event building. We cooked all our meals, played cornhole, pickleball, walked trails, used the hot tub and sauna. They had everything we needed right here. I’ve stayed in a tent and it was like a five star hotel. The beds were so comfortable. The owners are so nice. We are already booking for next year.
The hosts were absolutely amazing and so kind! Even reassured us during bad weather we were safe and if we didn’t feel safe where to go to on the property for shelter. The atmosphere is like a whole different world and the sites are stunning! Will definitely have to come back during warmer month’s to do the hiking trails and more. Also highly recommending this place to everyone we know :) Can’t wait to come back again! If you’re in need of a calm getaway this is the place!
Nines pines, staff and the owners were absolutely amazing and helped with anything along the way and were extremely generous. This was our first honey moon and I couldn’t be more happy and we can’t wait to go back I think about that tent and my bathtub view out the balcony daily still almost a month later 🥹
We were beyond impressed with Nine Pines. They have thought of everything. It seemed like once every hour we were saying how fantastic this place was. We will absolutely make this a yearly trip!!
This is the peaceful, serene getaway that we needed. I love nature , but I am not a traditional camper. This place is perfect for someone like me. All the nature… hiking trails, overlook, fire pit, outdoor cooking and so much more with the luxuries I enjoy. The host thought of everything even the ingredients for smores. The heating and cooling unit was great on both ends. Visiting in the fall, we utilized both heat and AC. It rained and the tent stayed dry. It was very soothing listening to the rain hit the tent. The bed was comfortable. The towels were soft. The shower and provided toiletries were wonderful. My only regret was that I didn’t book more nights. We will be back.
My husband and I had our wedding over a weekend at Nine Pines in September. The location is more beautiful than you can believe, all of the venues gave us our dream day. Kelly and her staff are so generous and accommodated us through unplanned weather. We felt extremely taken care of and would recommend this venue to anyone, as well as just booking for a weekend getaway. The outdoor spaces were perfect for large family meals all weekend, and the surrounding area offers lots of fun day trips. We used the recommendations for group yoga and an outing to the Red Door Inn bar which was so much fun.
For the wedding Kelly worked with us all the way up until the day of and her staff were lovely. I cannot speak highly enough, and this place will always be special to us.
My husband & I stayed in the sweetest air conditioned tent on Sunday 9-1-24 @ 3pm. We walked up to see the domes, met two lovely couples that were staying there & got the best night sleep in the comfy bed listening to the sounds of nature. My husband said he would rate it a 3 only because we never could get the TV. Netflix or the internet to work & he has a hard time unplugging- ha!
