Hratch and his team are top notch and have amazing customer service! Took my car here for a brake replacement. They charged me 50% less than what my local dealer was asking for. I'm definitely coming back here for any other issues!

Wonderful selection of cars including custom kits. One of the workers was nice enough to give me a tour around the shop & all departments were nice & clean.
They will rob you blind. Steer clear of Scott Sanford & 911 Design. He kept adding more and more charges to our bill that were false. $14K repair bill for an old porsche... He said, "You'll get it back from the claim for sure." As it was pothole damage. Caltrans have never paid out a pot hole claim we found out and denied the claim. We showed 2 other Porsche repair centers and they said, "We would have done the repairs for under half that price. 911 Design are known to rip customers off but once your car is there most people don't go through the trouble of towing their vehicle to another shop. They know they've got you once your car is there and just add what ever they want to your bill."

Long time customer; this time a grinding noise wascoming from my engine compartment, so nasty I thought it was grenadingitself. Saw a coolant leak and suspected a water pump failure. As did 911 Design; a dishonest shop could have said anything, but I got the straight answer.
Couple days later, Trevor and Raj called to tell me my car was ready.
Perfectly done. I have owned 911's for 53 consecutive years, and 911 Design is the best
Why anyone would take their 911 elsewhere is beyond belief.

Wonderful service! Hratch & Trevor were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Went in for a few concerns on my Panamera and Hratch instantly eased my mind. They were very reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Way better than any local dealerships. I would absolutely return for any and all work to 911 Design.
