Advertised 2–3 day express delivery.
Shipped Dec 19. Courier showed Dec 29 delivery — fine, holidays happen. I accepted that.
It’s now Jan 3. Still no order.
What was meant to be a meaningful December gift is ruined.
Reached out for help. Company washed their hands, saying they didn’t guarantee Christmas delivery — not the issue. Dec 29 passed. Nothing arrived.
Followed up. Ignored.
Delays happen.
Lack of accountability and support is unacceptable.

I truly understand the disappointment when a gift does not arrive as hoped — especially in December — and I am genuinely sorry for that.
That said, I would like to clarify a few factual points for transparency. Your order was placed on November 30. As clearly stated before the holiday period, only orders placed by November 26 could be shipped early enough to reasonably arrive before Christmas. Despite this, I still made every effort to complete and ship your order before Christmas, which I did on December 19.
The express delivery timeframe refers to the courier’s transit time once the parcel is in their hands. Unfortunately, during the holiday peak, couriers can experience unpredictable delays beyond a small artisan workshop’s control. Many shipments delivered within 1–2 days, while a few — including yours — encountered issues within the courier network.
I did not “wash my hands” of the situation. I monitored the shipment and remained available, but once a parcel is in transit, neither I nor any independent artisan can physically influence a courier’s internal delays.
I stand fully behind my work, my effort, and my responsibility as a maker. What I cannot control — and never claim to — are exceptional courier disruptions during the busiest shipping period of the year.
I regret that this experience led to disappointment, but I believe it is important for future customers to understand the distinction between production commitment, which I honor fully, and courier delays, which are outside my control.

Literally the ONLY place i will have my leather goods made. It doesn't even take additional time with me being in the United States. Nicola ALWAYS delivers quality driven products. It is so obvious that care and pride have gone into the production of whatever leather phone wallet/case i have ordered. Im 100% a customer for life!
