The service call request with Nick's Plumbing & Air Conditioning was very easy to arrange, and the communication from the office with all of the relevant details after that was very helpful and appreciated. Steven S. and his colleague Carlos were outstanding in their knowledge, expertise, and the extreme care they took both inside and outside the home. The work they completed (removal of gas line connection and gas testing) was conducted comprehensively and with evident skill. We also very much appreciate the detailed invoices and many pictures they provided for our records. We could not be more satisfied with their work and the high level of professionalism!

Nick's - A very reliable company came out yesterday, I had my Air Conditioning unit inspected, (Which in case anyone is unaware of Nick's has a maintenance program for a nominal monthly fee, which is for your a/c unit inspection twice a year). Roberto Santos, arrived promptly, a very personable and professional technician. He went into my attic and did a unit inspection, a thermal inspection and then did a follow-up outdoors to inspect the unit. After the total inspection he showed me photos of everything he had done and the thermal photos of where there were temperature differences and suggested what would be my next move to address the situation. I love Nick's, pure honesty from all of there technicians and you never feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. From your initial telephone call to their office and scheduling to your house call, you will, I promise feel at total ease.

Javier, the technician arrived onsite within the time window that I was given and proceeded immediately to investigate the issue and give me a quote. I gave him the go ahead to perform the work. He was very professional and completed the work without any issues. He left everything neat and clean. Javier did a great job and I was completely satisfied with his performance.
