I had a break in my main waterline. John Rodriguez came out assessed the problem, provided a viable solution, and immediately started the work which was completed in one day! They took care of all cleanup, including power washing. John Rodriguez is strategic, professional and friendly. He explained everything well and took good care of my property. He is truly a gem!

Nick’s Plumbing is my plumber. They analyze quickly and fix it right. They are expensive though. I would recommend them, if your wallet can take it.

Recommended by a co-worker. I have a previous plumber but I needed an additional opinion. We have spent almost 2 years trying to figure out why the shower in the Master Bath is just an Academy canopy mister at this point. Exaggeration but you know... My own plumber could not state why. Literally Luis came and inspected this and other issues we had and was HONEST! He told us what to do on our own first before the option of charging us a 2nd option. We did it and last night I was in a spa heaven of water rushing in. I loved that their entire team from the schedulers to the plumbers were kind, honest and patient. They all were extremely helpful and willing to get a plumber back out the same day for an additional problem. I ended up declining but thanking them. They also do not charge a trip charge which baffled me. I will be switching companies once my tankless is due. Prior to his arrival I did get their Cyber Monday special so I am in! The little things impress and go a long way and the fact that they are not eager to tug at your pockets but instead provide their free expertise is amazing! Thank you to everyone at Nick's plumbing.

I recomend Nick’s Plumbing and Air Conditioning, I was referred by a friend. I was able to get a service technician for emergency, same day and he was very professional. I needed the unit working again after it cut off mysteriously and the service tech, Dylan, spotted the real cause of my wall units air leak problem. He returned within the week to amend previous installation of A/C wall unit that was not properly taped up over the coils, thus the cause of the leaks. Dylan assessed the situation, provided a root cause, and then came to do the repair successfully (see picts). I am glad I joined Nick’s Membership Club, better rates for good service.

The technician was very professional and courteous. He checked our tankless water heater and found some water that leaked into the bottom of the unit due to condensation. He dried the wet area and closed the unit. He did not charge anything for the visit.

I called on a Saturday and didn’t expect to get a response for same-day service without being charged and astronomical fee, but that was not the case. I was greeted with kindness and empathy for my situation. She let me know what the pricing was on for the call right away. The agent was out there within the next couple of hours and let me know what the issue was. He offered to fix the same day. The communication and options were clear and laid out for me to understand. They let me know that I had algae buildup in my AC line as well as one of my sockets had corroded. They replaced both options as well as offered suggestions to help the algae buildup with some kind of bar inside of the drain plate. Very easy very communicative and I would definitely recommend the service. The work was warranted and I am so happy that I have connected with Nick’s plumbing and air-conditioning.
