I was in a pickle. After being retired for several years, I decided to sell my rental properties. I sold 6 as tenants moved out, but still had three left with good, long term tenants. I did n ot want to force them to move out so that I could sell the houses.
I tried for several years to find a buyer who would assume the leases and keep the tenants - but received only a couple of low ball offers.
Finally, I talked to Mario and Steve. They made a fair offer with great terms and completed the sale of three single family units with very few issues. They are straight shooters and I would strongly recommend them for any kind of real estate transaction.
