One of the best tours I’ve done so far! Everything was perfect. Our guide, Anthony, has a great sense of humor, super knowledgeable. He made the ride to Niagra so much fun. I highly recommend doing the night tour (starts at 1pm) because you get to see the mystical side of niagra falls.

Very poor The bus air-conditioning did not work. We went back to base to get another bus. The airconditioning did not work properly either and this bus had NO seatbelts. We felt very unsafe. Even though the falls were magnificent we went on a bad day and there would have been close to 100,000 people there. The night experience was ruined. The tour guide was young and did not seem to have a lot of experience leading a group.

Great tour! Fit out needs perfectly! This tour fit our needs perfectly! 5 hours starting at 1pm. A great overview of the city. CN tower and boat cruise included. Very comfortable van. Johnny was an excellent driver/tour guide. A good sense of humour, very knowledgeable and lots of interesting tidbits about TO. Would highly recommend this tour!

The day was wonderful, I was lucky to meet great people to travel with, safe so say I made some friends as a solo traveller. Fantastic day at Niagara This was a brilliant tour, made really special by our guide Jonny who was so friendly and knowledgeable, having been a tour guide for over 40 years. He shared many hilarious anecdotes which had the bus in stitches. Everything was well organised from the pick up to the drop off. The boat ride was spectacular as you would expect and lunch with a view was lovely. Sending a big thank you to Jonny, who made it a very special day out.

What a great trip at Niagara Falls Tom was fantastic with lots of local knowledge. Overall wouldn’t miss this trip if visiting Niagara. The experience in the tunnels behind the fall was really great but expect to get wet in the tunnels, viewing platform and especially when on the boat. We were picked up from our hotel at 9.35am and didn’t return until nearly 3pm with a good lunch included. Highly recommended

Toronto Tourism Chosen tour covered all aspects of Toronto that we required. CN Tower and Harbour Cruise were the highlights. Mid size tour bus made it easy to get around. Tour guide Jonny very knowledgeable and humorous.

Excellent trip with entertaining guide! Not sure about a trip to this tourist hotspot, I finally bit the bullet and booked with Zoom. We were picked up efficiently by the Gene Wilder like Jonny- our entertaining, multi linguistic and extrovert driver/ guide who made the day. It’s a longish drive via a freeway and not much to see for 1.5 h. The initial walk from drop off and base of falls to cruise is a great way to see extent of both Canadian and USA falls,. The cruise 23 mins long- processes hundreds at a time. You get wet, and it’s the physical experience that benefits the boat as you cannot really see much in the wind and wet. The lunch was a buffet ay the Sheraton- average food but fantastic view and another angle to see falls which is cheaper than a helicopter ride. Then home via the obligatory shop stop for maple syrup tasting - a flower clock and then best bit Niagara on the Lake- the idyllic postcard town so perfect! We could have spent longer here and missed the clock. Then a long trip home, So if you really want to see the falls a great trip. Like many bus tours very dependent on your guide and bus and other guests. Our trip was in a small bus with 13, great group and excellent guide.nNot sure I would go in a bigger bus , and with another guidewho knows. The falls are iconic, and worth the hassle- just. If ever in Toronto again go to Niagara on the Lake and do a wine tour- and get Gene Wilder as a guide😜
