Started with a late pick up, which wasn't at the hotel unfortunately, as this was one reason I booked for. So I had a 20 minute walk to the pick up point, a s a twenty minutes walk back at midnight. Not ideal. Driver was friendly enough, but never stopped talking the entire way and with a accent not easy to comprehend. But he was knowledgeable, it just want that interesting or relaxing. Once at Niagra we rushed to get on the boat, and half an hour later we had to be back at the bus. No day light time to really take many photos by the falls. We then piled back on the bus to be driven around seeing sights which weren't that interesting when ideally more time at the falls during the day would have been great. The maple syrup tasting was interesting but lasted about ten minutes and we swiftly left again. Once back at Niagra we had around four hours to kill until the fireworks. The main street is filled with tacky arcades and fast food places. We didn't opt for the buffet, so ate in the town. The light show was awesome and Niagra is amazing. The fireworks for pretty good, but hanging around for them wasn't really worth it and we arrived back at Toronto nearly twelve hours later. I'm not sure it was worth the money but I got to see the falls and experience the boat ride. I just wouldn't use this tour again if I was to visit Niagra. Also the bus... I'm not sure if the suspension is broken by every bump on the road felt like I'd been battered. Exceptionally uncomfortable!

This is not worth the money. You would be better off getting a ticket for the boat and then go out to a nice meal. Bus tour was a joke

Chauffeur with little to no information!
The tour stated small bus tour. We got in a minivan and we could not see a lot of the sites in the backseat of the minivan. The tour guide did not seem to know a lot about Toronto except that there is a lot of people and it gets cold in the winter. There were 3 of my family and 2 others. We got in the van and within 5 minutes we were dropped off at the market for 45 minutes. Then we left there and the other couple had a tour of cn tower and we were told to walk around in this area for an hour. Most things were closed and not much around there to look at for an hour. We drove past other sites and he really didn’t give us a lot of information on the city. He was a very nice man but he needs to learn more about the city. We were asking lots of questions and his answers were vague. I would not take this tour. If you want a chauffeur and not a lot of information, this is for you.

Wow what a fab trip if you are lucky enough to have Johnny as your guide you are in for a real taste of Toronto and such a fun day covering many great attractions and points of interest. Simply one of the best guided tours we have experienced. Thanks Johnny and our lovely tour companions loved this day out.

Great guide with lots of fun facts about the city. CN tower has the best view of the city. Boat cruise gave us a different area to see.

Buena experiencia por el lugar. Muy mejorable organización.
El lugar merece la pena sin duda alguna y ver las cataratas tanto de dia como de noche es hiper recomendable. Consejo: no te pierdas el barco y aunque te den un poncho llévate un impermeable debajo. También te vendrá bien un impermeable propio para la zona debajo Rocks. La agencia no te advierte ni te da recomendaciones. El guía muy amable pero con un acento a veces difícil de entender. Lo que menos me gustò es que te llevan corre-corre toda la tarde y despues estàs tres horas tirado esperando los fuegos. Creo que la organización podría mejorar bastante. El bus tiene muy mala amortiguación (se nota el màs minimo bache) y no dispone de cargador en cada asiento pese a que dura 9 horas ma excursion. También me hubiera gustado información para añadir otras actividades tipo la torre.

El guía fue muy amable y atento durante todo el recorrido. Y, sin duda, la experiencia merece la pena. Es una gran idea ver las cataratas de dia y de noche, estando iluminadas y con fuegos artificiales a las 22pm. En mi caso el dia estaba nublado y no pudimos disfrutar el atardecer. Yo escogí la opción sin cena porque en un lugar tan maravilloso no me apetecía estar en un lugar sentada comiendo. Prefería comprar y llevármelo cerca de las cataratas o incluso no cenar. Hice lo primero y fue muy agradable. Hay muchas opciones cerca. Lo que no me gustó… El ritmo de la excursión fue muy acelerado y al final estuvimos tres horas esperando a que salieran los fuegos. Creo que parte de la visita se puede llevar a un ritmo menos acelerado y proponer actividades distintas, no solo el helicóptero donde imagino que habría comisiòn. Yo mostré mi interés a la agencia en subir a la famosa torre y al final nadie me explicó como podía hacerlo. El bus muy mal de amortiguación y sin carga para móviles.

Ultimate day trip to Niagara Falls
Best decision ever to go to Niagara with Zoom. I have been on many tours but this has been by far the best. The tour guide Alp was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and genuinely takes notice of all who are on the tour. I regret not using zoom tours for the other trips I had done while in Canada but will be back and everything will be booked through Zoom tours. Thanks guys.
