Are tour driver and guide John was the best! Made sure everyone on the Zoom van was taken care of. His knowledge of the area & attractions we saw during are tour left me just as breathless as the falls. Definitely worth the tour package.

Tolle Tour, super Tourguide, noch nie soviel Spaß gehabt mit so einem Guide. Es gibt einen Negativ Punkt. Das Mittagessen im Hotel war nicht so prickelnd. Lieber draußen was suchen.

Fantastic day out
The boat trip, journey behind the falls and whirlpools were amazing. The views were stunning and I got absolutely soaked on the boat, but it was totally worth it to be that close to the falls! There was a good selection of food at lunch. Our tour guide Gary was friendly, informative, shared interesting knowledge and truly made the trip one to remember. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience!
This tour was a wonderful way to see all Niagara Falls has to offer without the stress of not knowing your way around. Our tour guide Gary was great. We went to Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, the Floral Clock, drove around the city, had lunch at the Sheraton and even made a pit stop at a Maple shop for syrup and fudge tastings. Highly recommend!

So much fun! Johnny, our guide, was very knowledgeable, and made it a fun and most entertaining tour. His anecdotes while with other tour groups made the bus rides go by quickly. Memories of this particular tour will remain as one of our most enjoyable ones!

We had the most pleasant tour to Niagara on the Lake and to Niagara Falls. Not only were we warmly welcomed by our guide, Johnny, but he also made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the tour.
His knowledge of the visited sights was quite obvious, and he shared it with great enthusiasm. His sense of humor was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone on board and added to a most pleasant day. Thank you Johnny… Ooooh! ☺️☺️

Muy mal pasaron 1:30 tarde por nosotros, muy impuntual, y nos estuvieron dando recorrido express en las paradas que menciona el tour por que llegaron tarde por nosotros, no nos dejaron disfrutar ni el pueblo antes de llegar a las cascadas, lo único que valió la pena fue el crucero a las cascadas, después de eso la comida incluida estuvo bien la atención del restaurante muy mala, el chófer nos dijo que teníamos de tiempo hasta las 10:50 para recorrer el lugar e ir de compras y comenzó a marcarnos que ya se iba a las 10 de la noche, nos quito 50 minutos de recorrido, nos obligó a regresar al autobus por que ya se iba, muy mal servicio, después de que llega tarde nos quita tiempo para conocer los lugares.

Day trip to the Falls from Toronto. Wanted to maximise my opportunity of a stay in Toronto. Prompt collection but long coach journey - would have liked to reach Falls earlier and would not recommend buying the evening meal

Great Tour with Johnny
Great Day out with Johnny, picked us up at the hotel which was so handy being 8am. Brought us to places at Niagara on the Lake we never would have seen. We saw the Floral Clock, Worlds Smallest Chapel and tried Maple Tasting, then onto the Main Event, tickets ready to go for the boat cruise so straight on the boat, very well organised. Johnny is a wonderful tour guide who really looks after everyone, he knows everything and speaks so many languages, was great listening to his stories. Thanks for a great day, from Mr and Mrs Ireland :)
