The tour guide was so nice and let us know a lot of tips about Niagara which was fun..

We had the private Niagara tour with Zoom Tours. Edmond was our guide. We made slight changes to the trip since we both have difficulty walking. On top of being a magnificent source of knowledge, Edmund was very caring and got out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Absolute gem, thank you!

Garry was excellent! Very friendly, on time and shared some wonderful travel tips with us. 100% recommend him.

We booked this tour though Viator, We booked the Niagara Falls Canadian Adventure. Our tour guide was fantastic and the tour was good except we did not get to do the cruise which was the sole reason for booking. Whilst we respect that in cold weather some tours can't run, we were asked to re arrange our day from the Friday 7th March to the Saturday 8th March as there was not enough people booked on. We rearranged our other plans so we could accomodate this however, when the guide collected us we were the only two people booked on. This didn't bother us it was just odd that we had been moved because numbers were low the day before. We never got the cruise and if booking this tour do check with the provider as instead we were taken to a butterfly sanctuary which does not compare to seeing a natural beauty such as Niagara Falls. We were not at all interested in butterflies and certainly not as an instead of the falls. We were truly disappointed and it was not clear with Viator that this was the case. Had we known in advance we would no have booked the tour. It is not worth the price, in-fact it is very expensive without the cruise. Really disappointing all round and they would not compensate us in any way. Buyer be aware because you can in-fact do this tour at half the cost. Skylon Tower around £8 per person Niagara Falls is free from any angle Behind the falls is £15 each Maid of the Mist boat trip is approx £40 each Butterfly conservatory is aprox £15 each As an Independent Travel agent I like to explore all tours and trips to give people a true perspective. I like to have tours abroad so that you can see some parts of places you may otherwise miss but mostly because I like to offer my clients a true perspective and honest opinions. This tour i am sure with the cruise would be spectacular but it is £153 each person so significantly overpriced if the boat option is not given.

We did this tour in December of 2024 for my 30th birthday! The tour was amazing! Johnny was the best tour guide my husband and I have had the pleasure of experiencing! He was hilarious, kind, knowledgeable, multilingual, and passionate about his career! We enjoyed every minute of his tour!🙌🏽

Brilliant tour with Edmund. We really enjoyed the sites and all of the facts received along the way. Definitely recommend!
