Totally loved John our tour guide , but was very very upset about not being able to go on the boat !! I just think if April is such a unpredictable month for Niagara Falls. They shouldn’t book boat trips,,,,tooks us to several great places that I loved but still think should have been told before booking that there might be issues due to weather!! Again Totally Loved John Not his fault!!!

My Tour was Best of Niagara Falls USA Tour with Boat, Cave, Observation Tower & More Very disappointed that we did not get the Boat ride or Observation tower. They substituted the Aquarium and Whirlpool. We came to find out that the Boat doesn't start running until till May yet they will sell you a package including it. They also didn't offer us a partial refund which I believe we should get. Be very careful what you buy from them, I shouldn't have to do my own research to make sure what they are selling is valid.
Some of locations that the stay duration are less then declared. The dinner has suddenly changed to an unknown Chinese buffet restaurant without any notification. Compare with the Table Rock House Restaurant, the falls view is gone; the restaurant grading are not same; and the foods are different.
Loved this tour and the knowledge learned thanks to Johnny our fun, friendly and ultra passionate guide! We went to Niagara Falls followed by Niagara-on-the-lake which was picturesque and breathtaking, but what made it special was the jokes and banter on the roads. Thank you Johnny!
My family of 8 did a private tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls, and had a FANTASTIC time. Johnny was our guide (for the second day in a row - did a private tour of Toronto yesterday which was also good), and he could not have been better - read the room well and designed a day for us that was perfect for kids and adults alike. Sprinter Van was comfy, Niagara was beautiful and we ate lunch at the Table Rock which overlooks the falls. Highly recommend this tour!!

Did the tour at the end of March, and it was a great experience even without the boat tour. Garry was a fantastic tour guide, very informative throughout the day.
Johnny, our tour guide, made the entire day fun. He speaks 7 languages and has a fun and informative personality. He felt like a good friend by the end of the day.

My tour was cancelled the day before due to a low number of participants which was very disappointing. Almost a week has passed and I have received no response to my question regarding when my refund will be processed, I hope that they will refund me soon.
