My sister went in to get a wacker and staff gave her nothing but hassle, said yes at the start then no we need a utility bill and when she brought it in they said no !!! Clearly a company designed no to help out the little guy

After speaking with the staff member who assisted her, it seems there may have been some confusion. As part of our policy, both a driver’s licence and a recent utility bill are needed to hire out equipment. At the time of her visit, she had only her driver’s licence with her, our team explained that the utility bill would be required. We understand that this may have been frustrating and apologise for any misunderstanding.
She mentioned she would return on Saturday with all of the required documentation, and we’ll be more than happy to assist her then.

Great customer service from Paul in NHH had heights for hire on hire deliveried on time and when we wanted it. had a issue on the machine on day two in the evening time made the call to Paul issue was sorted the next morning at 7am.

We have an account in all tj o mahonys but I always choose to go to navan hire when working in meath,
Trevor, Padraig, Nicky and Killian at front of house all great help,,
