From my initial phone call with Krystal to the crew that did my remodel ( Corey, Jacob & Michael) I would highly recommend N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Columbia SC. They responded quickly to come to my home for measurements. Dean helped me pick out new finishes paint and hardware. They kept to the scheduled timeline that they promised. The crew cleaned up after each day. My only wish is that I should of done this many years ago!

Corey and Larry did an awesome job changing my 1985 colonial cupboards into new shaker style, aged cotton white. The job took only 3 days and they were very efficient. They cleaned up every night before leaving and I can say I have only found a couple of tiny white drops of paint.
Unfortunately I found they had left 1 pad and their staple(?) gun under the sink. I distracted their double checking when I realized they hadn't put up the blinds over the sink, which they quickly did.

Nhance deserves 10 stars. Our rep, Dean, was friendly, helpful, and patient as I was deciding on colors and styles, giving input while listening to my thiughts and without being pushy. Larry and Cory did an amazing job with the paint/install. They were timely, friendly, didn't mind a house full of dogs, and were sure to leave as much usable and clean space as possible at the end of each day, meaning we could still use our kitchen. Our work was done a few months ago and we recently had new counters installed. During the counter install, 3 drawer boxes were broken and the new counter sat higher, revealing an unpainted gap around the whole kitchen. I called Dean asking for our paint color and he had Larry and Cory out at the house within a few days time to touch up the paint and fix the drawers. I am so grateful to do business with an honest and hard working company!! Definitely recommend!

N Hance Columbia just finished my new kitchen. Though the kitchen was not gutted with the painting and new doors it looks new. The addition on the drawer conversions was the best decision I made ever made. . Mr Williams was on time each time we met and very responsive to any questions. The crew that came in to do the cabinets were extremely professional and they completed the cabinets within the timeframe promised. My cabinets were painted beautifully.
Now, please note that during this time, my family and I were not living in the house due to other renovations going on so it wasn't until after we moved back in and I started placing things back in the cabinets that I noticed noticed that there were multiple doors that were warped. At the initial consult, Dean brought to my attention the 1 door was already warped and we looked at the others together. There were no other issues with my cabinets. After the service however, there were multiple doors that were warped and would not close flush as before.
I called the company to make them aware of the concern. It was during the holidays so I was told that someone would make contact with me the following week. The following week came and left and since that time, despite being promised to have someone to call me, I had to call the company at least 3 to 4 additional times with no response.
Not only do I feel that I paid too much money to be experiencing the issue that I have, I am even more disappointed to feel that I have been totally ignored especially considering that they have been paid in full.
I have been patient and amicable in trying to reach out to the company multiple times to give them an opportunity to at least acknowledge my concerns. I believe in extending grace and giving people the benefit of the doubt before jumping to conclusions. Now, I just feel cheated and ultimately scammed. N-Hance has failed to uphold their commitment to excellent customer service to me. If you are reading this just be cautious. I won't deny that the paint work is beautiful and that each person that I talked to was pleasant but the unresponsiveness and lack of communication has truly peeved me hence this review. Hope that others will continue to get great results. Just don't let anything go wrong because they definitely won't do anything to try and fix it or even bother talking to you.
