Ek wil my opregte dank en waardering uitspreek teenoor Hercu Turner, wat my pro bono bygestaan het in ’n CCMA-saak teen ’n bekende NG Kerk.
Na 5 jaar se getroue diens as opsigter by hul kampeerterrein, is ek ná my man se afsterwe sonder enige billike prosedure of vergoeding afgedank.
The service was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend NextGen Workforce Solutions.
NGWS provided outstanding polygraph services. Hercu Turner made the process clear and comfortable, and the results were handled with professionalism. Would definitely recommend them.
NextGen Workforce Solutions helped our start-up stay compliant with all our labour law needs. Their consulting services have really been a great help and they are really knowledgeable about their field of work. They are affordable, practical, and went the extra mile for us. Highly recommended for new and older businesses.
I’m so impressed with NextGen Workforce Solutions. They made labour consulting easy to understand and gave me practical advice for my business. I also found out they do polygraph services, definitely something I’ll use for hiring in the future. Highly recommend!
I asked Pro Compare for a legal adviser, and NGWS phoned me within minutes. Their service was professional, and their prices were very reasonable. I’ll definitely use them again.
NGWS gave me clear guidance on how labour law needs to be integrated into our business. Their consultants really know what they’re doing and explain everything in a practical, easy-to-understand way. They made the whole process much smoother than I expected. I now feel confident that our business is fully compliant and protected.
NextGen assisted us with good service and guidance for our business. We received regular updates which is highly appreciated.
NextGen really set the standards when it comes to service in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Polygraphs. They added value to our business by being proactive rather than just reactive by adding the extra layer of protection to the employer in not only having safe recruitment standards, but also giving the employer that extra layer of safety by having to polygraph employees. There are also extra services like Skills Development submitting, Employment Equity, representing the employer at the CCMA with Conciliation as well as Arbitration, then also Labour Court representation. Definitely recommend NextGen if you want your business to thrive with a business partner such as NextGen.
NextGen did wonderful work on my employment contacts, so that both me and my employees are 100% sure of all the employment conditions
