I have had a very good experience with Jon. He has always been thorough & proactive with his work and will go out of the way, even while he is on holiday to get the job done. I had a residential mortgage done through him, this purchase unfortunately fell through. Our existing mortgage was expiring at the same time so Jon was very understanding and managed to get us onto a good remortgage deal. In the meantime we managed to find another property and again placed the application. This time the application to mortgage offer being received literally took a week! This is unheard of but all dues go to Jon & his team who were extremely proactive and chased the bank straight after application. This meant we were able to get an offer after application in less than 5 days!! Outstanding work by Jon and his team, a real credit to the industry! Will be returning again mate in the not too distant future!

I have recently been able to remortgage with Nexus Financial Services, namely with David Yates, who looked after and advised me from the very beginning, even when it wasn’t time to remortgage advised us and helped us using his expertise to make sure we were making the best decision for our property. David made it so easy for us to get on with our everyday lives while working in the background and kept it very minimal paperwork wise knowing our time was limited. A real credit to work with and will be returning, got us a really good rate and kept us in the loop around increases and decreases in the interest rate. Thanks again David and Nexus.
