This is the first time I've used Nexus and I was very impressed with the level of service I received. My Mortgage Broker (James) was absolutely amazing. This was my first sole mortgage and he explain the process to me clealry in a way I could understand, took the time to answer all my queries and told me of all my options. I will definitely be using his services again.
Jon has been the best help with helping us secure our mortgage. From the first call, he explained everything so it was straightforward to understand and answered all of our questions. David was amazing at finding us a self build mortgage, particularly after 1 of us was made redundant and went self employed. Jon has been amazing throughout my first time buyer purchase.
