I first contacted Jon of Nexus Financial Solutions back in March 2026 when we were looking at the possibilities of a mortgage and our affordability to buy our first home. Jon got back to me immediately, outlining how the process would work and passed on our details to staff member James, a senior mortgage advisor. James too followed up with us immediately and we arranged a face-to-face meeting shortly after. From the moment we met James we both felt instantly at ease and most importantly NEVER felt under any pressure whatsoever. He explained everything incredibly clearly and gave us an idea of what we could afford and what we could potentially borrow. A few months passed before we found a suitable home to offer on, and again what impressed us was that during those months we received no pressure whatsoever from Nexus. When we found a property we really liked, James replied to me even on a Saturday afternoon and turned our agreement in principle into a formal mortgage offer with minimal delay or hassle with faultless communication throughout. Their broker fee is more than reasonable and worth every penny for the peace of mind it brings. James and Nexus as a whole made a process which we had dreaded for years actually turn out to be a real pleasure. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
David has helped us over the years with our mortgages and we wouldn’t use anyone else. My husbands job within the film industry means he has different jobs and roles regularly but David talked us through everything, told us step by step what we had to do and secured us a mortgage. This is the first time I've used Nexus and I was very impressed with the level of service I received. My Mortgage Broker (James) was absolutely amazing.
